Legal notice

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This is a translation. Wyncove's legal documents are drafted in French, and the French version is the only binding one. This English text is provided so that an English-speaking reader can review the terms; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the French version prevails.

1. Publisher

Name
Wyncove — trademark application pending with INPI/EUIPO.

To be completed before the first sale: legal form and share capital, SIREN number and town of the commercial register, registered office address, name of the publication director, intra-EU VAT number. These items are mandatory under article 6-III of the French Act of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, and only the publisher can supply them.

2. Hosting

The application and the website are hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States), with functions executing in the Paris (cdg1) region.

The data — database and uploaded files — is hosted by Supabase in the Paris (eu-west-3) region, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure.

The list of subprocessors, what each of them sees and the contractual framework that applies to them are set out in the privacy policy and on the Security page.

3. Nature of the service

Wyncove is a contract tracking tool. It extracts information from documents uploaded by the user, quotes the source of each value, flags deadlines and sends reminders.

Wyncove does not provide legal advice and carries out no regulated activity within the meaning of the French Act of 31 December 1971. The information it returns consists of extracts and date calculations; it is neither a legal consultation, nor a legal characterisation, nor a recommendation. The decision to terminate, renew or renegotiate a contract belongs to the user, assisted where appropriate by their own counsel.

4. Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its texts, its visual identity and the application code are the property of the publisher. Documents uploaded by a user, and the data extracted from those documents, remain the property of the user or of their organisation; the publisher acquires no right over their content.

5. Reporting content or an incident

Any request relating to the operation of the service, to content or to a security incident may be sent to contact@wyncove.fr. Security incidents are handled according to the procedure described on the Security page.
